Arrival Information

Upon arrival, the travelers should go to counter Number 25 & 26 outside of the airport building. Cretan Holidays Representative will meet and greet them. CH Representative will then direct them to their transfer vehicle.

Upon arrival, the travelers can find us at the “Cretan Holidays” counter, at the arrivals area inside the airport building.

Upon arrival, the travellers can find us at the “Cretan Holidays” portable desk, outside the airport building. Additional assistance upon your arrival can be provided at the “Lord Travel” desk, at the arrivals area inside the airport building.

a. Schengen arrivals - Terminal 2: After exiting from the baggage reclaim area, turn right, and exit the Terminal 2 building from exit No.3. Follow the blue line on the floor that will take you under the bridge across the street (please use zebra crosswalks). Continue along the blue line for 150 meters and you will find yourself at the tour operators’ meeting point just by the Parking No 5 (P5). Look for the Cretan Holidays desk with the logo of your booking office.
b. Non-Schengen arrivals - Terminal 1: After exiting from the baggage reclaim area, turn right, and exit the Terminal 1 building from exit No.6. Cross the zebra walkway and go under the bridge. There you will find yourself at the tour operators’ meeting point just by the Parking No 5 (P5). Look for the Cretan Holidays desk with the logo of your booking office.
c. Parking No 5 (P5) area is the Meeting Point for Tour Operators, tourist buses for transfers and Car Rentals delivery.

Our representatives will wait outside the Arrivals Hall with a Cretan Holidays sign, and they will direct the travelers to their transfer vehicle.
